Its getting to that time of year again when we reflect on the last year and think what went well and what didn't. This last year for myself has been a complete rollercoaster full of loops and spirals.
I have really enjoyed every minute of it but looking back, I feel I could set myself a few targets to keep myself happy and on track with life.
If you like any of my resolutions or revolutions then feel free to copy and make them your own. It's good to set yourself resolutions as they can help motivate you and keep you positive throughout your year.
Resolution No.1 - Learn not to be so harsh on myself!
I feel this ones a good idea as I can be so critical of myself and can put myself down sometimes. I need to allow myself to have fun and be myself.
Resolution No.2 - Keep my diary up to date with deadlines and appointments!
I'm guilty of this so much! I always seem to clash appointments. By doing this, I won't miss anything important and I can keep on top of my time to balance things out.
Resolution No.3 - Don't spend money on things I don't need!
I think as a teenager this is hard with many icons encouraging them to buy expensive products but if you can get dupes of those then actually you don't need to spend so much money on a product. (As long as the product is legit)
Resolution No.4 - Make new friends!
This is something I'm so excited to do this year. I can't wait to socialise again! Being lonely on a daily basis is so difficult. I've also just joined the make-up society at University and I can't wait to start seeing them too!
Resolution No.5 - Do more photography!
For A-level photography I got an A and since joining university, I stopped doing it. I would like to go back into it this year and maybe create a gallery on my blog or something.
Resolution No.6 - Do something out of my comfort zone!
Last year I tried lots of new foods and different fashion styles. I would like to try more things out of my comfort zone this year.
Resolution No.7 - Maintain progress on my blog!
I'm honestly so sorry I stopped for 2 months! I would like to be able to maintain progress of this blog. Even if I can't post twice a week like I try to aim to, at least try to write them up.
One thing we all need to remember is living each day in life to the fullest. I'm going to do this by keeping a log of what has been positive each day of the year.
These are my 8 resolutions for 2019. I hope you have had a fantastic New Year and I'm back this year with more posts and maybe a Youtube Channel soon... We Shall See.
