Autumn and winter, my favourite time of year for hitting the high street. Not just for the cute teddy bear jumpers in Topshop or the 25% off in New Look however but also for the make up which are in the retail shops right now. Whether its high end or drugstore, I have found some fantastic products for this years Autumn/Winter season.

1) Obsession Belle Jordan Eyeshadow Palette - £10 from Boots or Revolution Beauty

Adam Minto strikes again with this gorgeous palette of warm coloured matte and shimmer eye shadow shades. That bloke will never run out of money the way I go with Revolution Beauty products. Obsession has a fantastic reputation anyway being the sister brand of Makeup Revolution. The palette is absolutely gorgeous and I love the fact you can take the shades out and they're magnetic. The shades apply to your eyes beautifully and the shimmer shades work really well if you use your finger. It's perfect for the winter months.

2) Mac Retro Lip Matte in the shade 'Back In Vogue' - £18.50 from Mac

Taylor Swift to be fair is my style inspiration for this product, this being one of the Mac lipsticks she uses. Tumblr went mental about this before everyone knew on Facebook and Instagram so I knew as soon as I heard about this I needed this product. I absolutely again love the retro matte lip matte's from Mac and they are the best that I've used in terms of being able to stay on during eating and drinking. I currently have 3 shades including this one and 2 other shades and this one is my favourite. These go really nicely with the Mac Lip Primer (£14 from Mac) or by adding a lip gloss on top. This makes it look more shiny and sheer by adding this to the look. It is perfect for winter.

3) Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define foundation and concealer - £4 and £9 from Revolution beauty or Superdrug

This came out a little while ago but my goodness, this is a hit! Minto literally became a millionaire as soon as Makeup Revolution released the foundation but even when the concealer came out, the media went MENTAL. The two products compliment each other so well with their full coverage and the fact it works on all skin types because of the wide variety of shades. The two products together don't look cakey either which makes it better. Revolution Beauty are even extending the amount of foundation shades from 24 to 50 in January 2019... they definitely listened to you guys, they've made it more accessible and it is FANTASTIC! These are great for the autumn winter months.

4) Makeup Revolution 'Imogenation' contour and highlight palette - £10 from Revolution beauty or Superdrug

Imogenation is one of my favourite Youtuber's (being so popular close to home) so when i heard about her collection with Makeup Revolution, trying her products was a necessity to life. Now this palette I had tried to get for months at my local Superdrug and they just didn't have it and I was gutted...until one night I visited and there it was, sat shining waiting for me to take it off the shelf and was I happy with this product, absolutely! The contour shades are accessible for all skin types (again, well done Makeup Revolution) and contains 3 powder shades, 3 contour shades and 3 highlighter shades. The case design of this product is just as amazing as the pigment of these shades which are great for all year round but I think especially closer to Christmas and new year celebrations I mean... look at that gold shade!

5) Miss Sporty Precious Shine Lip Gloss in shade '510' - £1.99 from Superdrug or Miss Sporty

So I was recommended this product by my sister recently who tends to buy these a lot so this one is for my younger viewers out there. This lip gloss shade is absolutely beautiful and has a slight pink shimmer to it which makes it exciting and leaves a nice tint to your lips. It works and compliments lip matte lipsticks nicely as well as normal lipsticks. The product also stays on for a long period of time, meaning that you wouldn't need to apply the product a lot throughout your day. They're also a good size for your handbag on a night out as well as for a blazer pocket if you like to carry your make-up products during school/college/university hours. This product also gives a lovely dewy feeling on your lips and also isn't sticky like a lot of other lip glosses tend to feel like. I don't know if this makes anyone else cringe like the feeling of sticky lip gloss... just no. This product will also be really nice to compliment your Christmas lipstick, keeping the shine all day and all night.

And... A special mention to:

Obsession Makeup Highlighter in the shade 'Mega Moon' - £3 from Boots

So purple highlighters have become my new best friend and I absolutely love them! This purple highlighter is the perfect way of glowing the cool skin types and would look fantastic on a night out with the girls, a date night or even a gig. I have had a thing for purple highlighters for a little while since i discovered the purple one in Youtuber Sophdoesanails' 'Soph X' highlighter palette. The shade is just gorgeous.

So there is my November '18 favourites. I had fun testing these products out and can't wait to use them more over the forthcoming months.
